This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, the host automatically collects server log files (browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of request, IP address). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in providing the website securely and without errors. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; any processing in the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Cookies, tracking, fonts

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are hosted locally; no connection to Google or other third parties is established. This is why no cookie banner is required.

5. Contact form and contact

When you use the contact form, your details (name, business, message, selected package if any) are transmitted to me via our hosting provider and stored to handle the enquiry and follow-up questions. For prompt notification, the content of the enquiry is additionally forwarded to me via the messenger service Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Your data is not used for advertising and not shared with third parties. Alternatively, you can always email me directly.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Simply contact the email address above.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

In the event of data protection violations, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
